What to expect when visiting
Why not come along to one of our meetings. Visiting a new place can be a little daunting at first so here's a brief guide about what to expect.
What should I wear?
Wear what makes you feel comfortable. Some of our members dress smartly while others prefer to keep it casual.
On your arrival
We have our own walled grounds with ample parking if required.
You will receive a warm and friendly welcome as soon as you arrive! At least one person will always be there to greet you with a smile and provide you with a chorus or hymn book.
Toilet facilities are available as you walk in the front door.
If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask and we will be only too happy to help.
What's it like inside?
As you can see we have a comfortable main hall. You can sit any where you like facing the front.
Do I need to bring money?
No. All you need to bring is yourself! The only meeting where we take up a collection is the Sunday morning meeting at 11.00 a.m. Even here, we don't expect anything from visitors unless you want to give. Simply let the collection bag pass you by. This will not cause you any embarassment as our stewards will wait at the end of each row so you don't even need to get out of your seat.
What if I have a child?
We have creche facilities with nursery staff if required.
